Daily Report Enhancements — Details

• Data Interval Configuration allows report data to be grouped into fixed time buckets (15, 30, or 60 minutes) rather than processed at raw granularity, giving users more control over report resolution.

• Data Point Selection determines which reading within each interval is used — first, last, or both — so reports can be tailored to different operational or reporting needs without altering the source data.

Clock Widget

• The Clock Widget adds a live, self-updating clock to dashboards, automatically syncing to each viewer’s local timezone.

• Clock Color customization lets users match the widget’s appearance to their dashboard theme.

Impact

• Daily Report configuration options improve flexibility for teams with varying interval and data-point reporting requirements.

• Grouped interval processing reduces the need for manual data manipulation to achieve desired report granularity.

• The Clock Widget adds a lightweight, always-current time reference to dashboards without requiring page refreshes.

v2.11.0 — TOU/TOD AI Analysis, Dashboard Access Control & Calculation Enhancements

This release introduces major improvements to the TOU/TOD analytics engine, dashboard access control, recalculation workflows, and AI-driven energy analysis capabilities to improve operational visibility, calculation consistency, and platform intelligence.

Release Highlights

• Introduced TOU/TOD AI Analysis & Recommendation Engine to provide intelligent energy usage insights, anomaly detection, and optimization recommendations based on TOU consumption trends.

• Added dashboard access control based on assigned teams:

  • Dashboards assigned to a team are now visible only to members of that team.
  • Workspace admins continue to have visibility across all dashboards.

• Improved dashboard access fallback behavior:

  • If a user does not have access to the configured default dashboard, the system will now automatically display the first accessible dashboard sorted by creation time.

• Updated TOU/TOD calculation frequency:

  • TOU/TOD variable calculations are now performed every 15 minutes instead of hourly for improved granularity and near real-time analytics.

TOU/TOD Enhancements

• Added validation to ensure TOU slot coverage spans a complete 24-hour cycle before calculations are performed.

• Added warning indicators for incomplete TOU season coverage to help identify potential missing calculations.

• Implemented TOU/TOD recalculation support for configurable time periods (including Month-to-Date and rolling date ranges).

• Optimized TOU summary widgets to use stored calculation variables instead of live recomputation for improved consistency and performance.

• Added automatic TOU backfill/recalculation triggering after slot creation.

TOU Charges Summary – Enhancements

• Introduced dynamic month-based filtering (last 6 months) for improved analysis and reporting.

• Added aggregate total consumption and charge summaries within TOU summary tables.

• Improved handling for timezone-aware and overnight TOU calculations.

Impact

• Improved consistency between TOU widgets and stored calculation data.

• Enhanced dashboard-level access security and visibility control.

• Reduced calculation discrepancies caused by overlapping or incomplete slot configurations.

• Improved TOU/TOD analytics responsiveness through 15-minute calculation intervals.

Important Note on TOU Data Accuracy

To ensure accurate Time-of-Use (TOU) analysis and cost computation, energy data (kVAh/kWh) should be recorded and transmitted at a consistent interval of 5 minutes.

Inconsistent data intervals, delayed ingestion, or missing readings may impact TOU analytics, billing calculations, and related operational insights.
