Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using StatStream (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on StatStream’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on StatStream’s website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by StatStream at any time.

StatStream provides an Internet of Things (IoT) platform that enables users to:

• Collect and analyze sensor data
• Create custom dashboards and reports
• Access real-time analytics and insights
• Integrate with third-party systems

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• We may delete your data after a reasonable period
• Outstanding payments remain due
• These terms survive termination

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
